Jules Haddock - a Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor, accomplished conversationalist in mental health education with GenU training, President of Art of the Minds; Carly Botheras - a infectious diseases researcher and medical historian; Fiona Luca - practitioner, host of the Talking Youth podcast, performance consultant and wellness educator; Chris Van Ingen - performer, poet, public speaker, political activist and actor; Michael Dunstan - owner/operator of All ability Arts, a service connecting children with disabilities to the creative arts; Michelle Buggy - an art therapist and mother of five working with other mothers through pregnancy and menstruation support; Luke Elliot - a creative arts therapist, counsellor, actor, art maker; Justine Martin - artist, resilience coach, keynote speaker, author, podcast host, CEO of Justine Martin Corporation (JMC)

The panel will share insightful reflections, stories, opinions and some excellent applications for us to utilise the creative arts to support our mental wellbeing.
